Shirley made a request that we be on Steve's mini bus today and sure enough we were on it to the caves. These were impressive and we had a lovely guided tour, with a very witty guide. Steve then drove to Mpumabela Soccer Stadium and told the guards that we were an international group of football representatives who had come to look at the stadium. He got permission and also a guide to explain the complex to us. This stadium was built expressly for the FIFA Cup of 2010 it seats 45,000 people.
We then drove to Low Veld Botanical Gardens but with really only enough time to have a late lunch and to run through the gardens. But we did get a picture of the Shongololo millipede in the garden. When we got back to the train we weren't allowed to get on it as it was four tracks over and we would have to wait until they moved it closed. So Steve took us to a bar called the Lion & Leopard Bar. The Shongololo train bought us each a drink and of course we had a bottle of wine on ourselves as well. - When we finally got back on the train one of the Aussie couples brought Shirley a napkin they had got at their lunch stop that said "Juicy Lucy" and they thought it was made just for her!! I guess she has made a name for herself!! (Sorry some how when down-loading these pictures the order got mixed up - too difficult to change with the slow internet).
Heading to Mozambique tomorrow with a Visa cost of $87 US each. Man they get you coming and going.
